Waiver

Thanks for planning your visit to Serendipity Farm & Vine. All participants in classes, workshops, and camps are required to fill out a waiver. Please print and sign the waiver, or, email your signed waiver to Amy@SerendipityFarmandVine.com prior to your visit. Parents or guardians of participants under 18 years of age are required to sign the waiver on their child’s behalf.
