Join us for a 6 course dinner and wine pairing. We have teamed up with Culinary Creations KC to select a menu that pairs perfectly with each of our 6 wines. Mikey Needleman will be there to play amazing music in our beautiful Tasting Room to make for a perfect night out! Join us by reservation Friday, January 15th.
This reservation is for the 6:30pm seating. Space is limited, so reserve as early as possible. 8:30pm seating also available.
Heirloom Tomato & Burrata Cheese Salad (White Wine)
Fresh heirloom tomatoes slice and topped with burrata cheese with fresh basil and olive oil
Corn & Seafood Chowder with Salted Cod Beignets
Fresh crab, lobster & scallops, rice, bell peppers, bacon, diced potatoes in a creamy broth topped with a salted cod beignet
Mussels with a Red Curry & Lemon Grass
Sauteed mussels with ground Italian pork sausage mixed with red curry paste, onion, cilantro, honey, Korean chili paste & white Wine
Butternut Squash Raviolis
Fresh home-made raviolis stuffed with butternut squash, ricotta cheese, brown sugar, garlic topped with a sage & thyme brown butter sauce
Espresso Braised Short Ribs with Roasted Garlic Potato Puree
Braised short ribs with espresso served on top of roasted garlic potato puree served with a red wine reduction
Three layers baked brownies, caramel buttercream, chocolate ganache, caramel sauce, chocolate sauce and topped with a chocolate raspberry ice cream
Cost per person is $120.00 per person.
Each course comes with a different 2 oz wine pairing and additional bottles or glasses are available for purchase.
We follow the guidelines set in place by the CDC to ensure the safety of our patrons and staff. Outside food and alcohol is prohibited. Guests must be 21 or older for this event.
